David’s real estate journey began in 2005 as a builder of speculative homes. When the market shifted, he pivoted to renovating existing properties across metro Atlanta. Many of those projects turned into high-performing sales—some even breaking records and surprising seasoned professionals.

Before transitioning to real estate full-time, David, a graduate of Eastern Michigan University, spent 19 years building a successful corporate career as a Solutions Specialist in the construction industry. During that time, he managed complex projects and developed strategic problem-solving skills that now serve as a foundation for his work in real estate.

Now a full-time real estate professional, David brings deep market insight, expert negotiation skills, and a proven track record to help clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling.
