Hi, I’m David Cooke, a real estate professional dedicated to maximizing my clients’ net proceeds, with a proven track record of exceptional sales.

Before transitioning into real estate full time, I spent nearly 20 years as an Engineering Solution Specialist. At the same time, I was actively investing in real estate—acquiring land, managing new home construction, and executing renovations and flips. That hands-on experience ultimately became the foundation I now leverage to the benefit of my cleints.

What ultimately led me to become a real estate agent was the opportunity to showcase my talents for others—often helping clients achieve results they never thought possible.

The pivotal moment came with my final “for sale by owner” sale. Before listing, multiple agents told me my target price was unrealistic, and neighbors whispered similar doubts. Despite the skepticism, I stuck with my research and strategy, executing my plan—which resulted in not just one offer, but three—ultimately achieving the highest price per square foot ever recorded in Roswell’s Martin’s Landing neighborhood at the time.

Prompted by that sale, I obtained my real estate license, and the pattern continued: high-performing sales driven by similar proven approaches and strategy.
